Our recently updated ground floor two bedroom and one bath condo is located in a complex in the Village Seven neighborhood. There is one assigned parking space and street parking. To access the condo you will need to walk down a few steps. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.The kitchen includes a full fridge, a stove, microwave, crock pot, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and tub. There is also a patio with a table and chairs but no grill. There is a small washer and dryer in the unit and a coin operated washer and dryer in the complex. The community laundry is located in the basement of the building and requires a key. There are paths nearby and a community SEASONAL pool. A small storage closet is available next to the patio. Utilities up to $100.00 are included. Tenant pays for for utilities exceeding $100.

Pet rent (one pet allowed) is $25/mo

Things to Note: The condo is cooled by two portable AC units. There is not central air. The small washer and dryer in the unit can only handle small loads and is somewhat inefficient since they operate on 110v. The community laundry works best for large loads.
